The FOOH Campaign for the Launch of the New Kia EV3 Wins First Prize at the 26th Edition of the Interactive Key Award, Italy's National Award for Online Communication

The FOOH campaign created for the launch of the new Kia EV3 has won First Prize at the 26th edition of the Interactive Key Award, Italy’s most prestigious online communication award, promoted by Media Key. This recognition confirms the creative and strategic excellence of the collaboration between Kia Italia, Bluemotion, and Innocean.

Kia Italia partnered with Bluemotion, in synergy with Innocean Italy, to develop an innovative campaign for the EV3, the new compact full-electric crossover with a bold identity and futuristic design. The project led to the creation of a suite of FOOH (Fake Out Of Home) video content that captured the public’s imagination, turning the launch into a viral phenomenon.

Bluemotion produced four FOOH videos that blend real environments with digital animation to deliver an immersive and surprising experience, redefining the boundaries of visual communication. Each video was designed to highlight a distinctive feature of the EV3:

  • “Marble” (Milan – Duomo) to showcase the innovative design

  • “AI Assistant” to demonstrate the power of the virtual assistant

  • “Streaming Platform” to highlight the advanced infotainment system

  • “Range” (Navigli) to communicate the vehicle’s exceptional range

The campaign’s success in Italy laid the groundwork for international expansion, thanks to a communication strategy that merges creativity and technology into highly shareable content.
