Bluemotion is looking for a new Sales Account to grow our team.

Who we’re looking for

For our Padua office, we are looking for a Sales Account to acquire and manage new clients.
You will be the first point of contact: working by phone, email, and in person to open new opportunities, while supporting senior Account Executives in presenting Bluemotion to entrepreneurs, Marketing Managers, and Product Managers of Italian and international SMEs.

We expect you to have developed the skills to manage high-level communication projects, both in Italy and abroad, and to interact directly with clients, identifying the right timing to start and develop activities.

Fluency in English is essential, both for understanding technical materials and for actively participating in international meetings.

What you’ll do

  • Independently manage all commercial activities, ensuring they are smooth and profitable
  • Be at the heart of the pipeline, responsible for generating qualified new opportunities
  • Carry out prospecting: lead research and qualification, cold calling, and sending targeted and effective emails
  • Contribute to defining and optimizing engagement and prospecting processes
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to improve outbound strategies
  • Discuss briefs with clients and the internal team, developing accurate time and cost estimates together with the Project Manager
  • Build long-term relationships based on trust and a deep understanding of client needs

Who you are

Experience: 0 to 2 years in sales (more is a plus)
Ambition: determined and consistent in representing Bluemotion

Results-oriented: ready to work with challenging targets. We provide a solid base, but the rest is up to you. That doesn’t scare you it motivates you.


What we offer

Compensation package of €37k (fixed + variable), with a concrete goal of reaching up to €100k
Hybrid work: based in Padua, with 3 required office days per week and 2 flexible days
