Bluemotion is looking for a new Digital Art Director to grow our team.

Who we’re looking for

For our Padua office, we want to hire a Digital Art Director, the creative core of all Bluemotion productions.

What you’ll do

• Lead the artistic direction of all projects, starting from the commercial proposal stage
• Develop creativity, direction, script, and moodboards
• Coordinate the 3D Team in the development of storyboards
• Oversee the 3D Team throughout project progress and milestones
• Present project updates together with the PM, Account, and 3D Team
• Manage and supervise production at every stage, up to final delivery

Who you are

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in 3D video production
• Passionate about new communication technologies
• Creative vision in shaping visual messaging
• Strong artistic skills and high attention to detail
• Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility, teamwork attitude, precision, responsibility, and openness to dialogue and feedback
• Continuous research and curiosity
• Familiarity with major AI platforms
