Who we’re looking for

To support the growth of our business units nationally and internationally, we are looking for a Digital Content Creator & Social Media Manager who can design, produce, and curate digital content with method, taste, and vision for Bluemotion’s communication across multiple channels.

The core of the role will be the production and management of digital communication content, the autonomous management of Bluemotion’s digital channels—now structured into three Business Units (bluemotion3d.com, bluemotionmedical.com, bluemotionexperience.com)—and support for operational marketing activities alongside the Marketing Manager and the creative team (CGI / video / 3D).

What you’ll do

  • Content strategy: develop, plan, and manage the content calendar for Bluemotion’s three channels, aligned with marketing and sales goals.
  • Content production & curation: create visual and written content (copy + creative) and adapt assets (videos, renders, case studies) into high-quality, impactful, effective social-first outputs.
  • Social channel management & publishing (independently): LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Behance, Vimeo, with strong attention to formats.
  • Video editing & design for social content and campaigns (Adobe / Canva / CapCut or After Effects).
  • Newsletter / EDM: concept, layout, send, basic segmentation, and results analysis.
  • Social Ads: independently create campaigns end-to-end, from concept to setup and promotion across social channels.
  • Google Ads: create content (video, images, and copy) for search, remarketing, and display campaigns.
  • Websites & portals: update and manage content across Bluemotion’s three websites (pages, case studies, news, blog), ensure UI quality, and propose optimizations.
  • Operational SEO: content optimization, meta titles/descriptions, text structure, basic keyword research, and blog publishing.
  • Reporting & insights: interpret data (GA4, social insights, campaign performance) and deliver regular summaries to the Marketing Manager.
  • Ads support (intermediate): collaborate on Meta/TikTok/LinkedIn campaigns (setup, A/B testing, optimizations, reporting).
  • Ongoing analysis of trends, competitors, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience creating professional digital content for marketing and digital communication (social, web, newsletters, ads).
  • Hands-on experience managing and growing social channels for structured companies with a performance mindset.
  • Professional use of video editing and design tools (Adobe / Canva / CapCut or After Effects).
  • Advanced use of CMS platforms for website management and updates (case studies, blog, pages).
  • Ability to create and manage Social Ads campaigns through Meta platforms (paid social).
  • Knowledge of indexing principles and SEO/GEO-oriented copywriting.
  • Excellent writing skills in Italian and English.
  • Confident use of AI to speed up and improve content and marketing workflows.
  • Data analysis skills and clear reporting (fast updates, concise reports).
  • Operational autonomy, respect for timelines, and strong teamwork skills.

Nice to have (Plus)

  • Basic knowledge of HTML for small fixes and formatting.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads campaign performance.
  • Advanced web design and graphic design skills.
  • Experience in creative environments/agencies/digital brands.
  • Strong interest in innovation, 3D, CGI, and immersive experiences.
